AntiTyper releases

Version history and release notes.

v1.0.3

Dictation and paste reliability

  • Short one-word recordings can now be accepted when the audio has a clear voiced run, while brief noise spikes are ignored.
  • AntiTyper restores the previous clipboard after pasting, including copied files, folders, and text.
  • When paste is unavailable, the output stays visible in AntiTyper instead of replacing your clipboard.

Text formatting

  • Formatting now preserves punctuation inside URLs, domains, filenames, version numbers, decimal numbers, times, and technical tokens such as .NET.
  • Ellipses, punctuation spacing, and sentence capitalization are cleaned up without breaking technical text.

Local translation

  • Local translation package setup is more reliable across several supported languages.
  • Translated output is cleaner because target-language markers are handled as translation tokens.

Settings and startup

  • Launch-at-startup handles system permission and file errors more gracefully, so settings and translation setup can continue.

v1.0.2

Recording shortcuts

  • The default toggle-recording shortcut is now F9, replacing the previous multi-key default.

Settings migration

  • Existing settings that used the old default toggle shortcut are migrated to F9 automatically.
